Job description
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department in various administrative and operational functions. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and providing support for HR-related inquiries.
Key duties include:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, personnel databases, and timekeeping systems.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing information and assistance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting with employee relations activities, including organizing events, coordinating employee recognition programs, and facilitating communication between management and staff.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and support overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
